Suitable for cleaning pig and sheep runners (intestines). Made of AISI 304 stainless steel. This line is composed of tanks and various machines for separating and collecting intestines/casings/runners for each different phase of processing. The runners move through the line automatically. The runners are collected on the front receiving tray where they are placed on a moving chain conveyor. The casings pass through the first machine, which strips the manure and crushes the mucosa and then fall onto the next moving conveyor. Here, the runners are dragged through hot water and are conveyed into the second and/or third and/or fourth stripping and crushing machines and eventually end up in the outfeed tank. The mucosa is collected in troughs and directed to the side of the machine for easy disposal. For the final phase, the operator is required to manually insert the runners into the finishing machine, where the threads and excess mucosa are removed.
